Australian aerospace company Ferra Engineering will open a facility in Grove and hire 20 workers. Gov. Mary Fallin made the announcement today. The company specializes in the design, manufacturing, assembling and testing of aerospace equipment.

The Oklahoma Insurance Department says nearly 71,000 insurance claims have been filed after central Oklahoma was raked by a series of violent tornadoes last month. Insurance Commissioner John Doak says insurance payments from the storms have topped $560 million. A series of weekly forums for storm victims is planned to allow those impacted by the storms to ask questions and receive assistance with insurance-related issues.

Triple A Oklahoma finds the average price for self-serve gasoline is $3.51 per gallon which is down 41 cents from its high of $3.92 recorded on May 21st. Oklahoma City's average price is $3.48, while Tulsa's is $3.41. Bartlesville has the cheapest gasoline at $3.37 per gallon.

An 18-year-old Oklahoma City man vanished while on a family vacation in Ecuador. August Reiger, the valedictorian at Classen School of Advanced Studies, was hiking with his family in the mountains when he disappeared near their resort hotel. August is fluent in Spanish and loves Anthropology. Those are two of the reasons why he chose to travel to Ecuador. Chris says August recently received a full-ride scholarship to the University of Oklahoma starting this fall.

Arcadia Lake has reopened following closure due to flood waters. The lake is three feet higher than normal. Recent storms have meant the Arcadia Lake was taking in more water than it was able to release. Since June 3, the lake has been closed to swimmers and boaters. Some campers have been allowed to stay.

FBI Agents are seeking leads in the robbery of the First Fidelty Bank at 700 Southwest 29th street. A man handed the teller a note demanding cash. The robber is described as a man in 40's, about 5 feet 10 inches tall with medium build and black hair. Anyone with information should call the FBI at 290-7770.
