Several mild earthquakes shaking to parts of central Oklahoma but no damage or injuries have been reported. The strongest of quakes was around 1 p.m., a magnitude 3.2 about three miles east of the town of Jones.

A judge sentences a teenager to six years in prison for setting an Oklahoma City fire that killed two people in their 80s who were to move that day into an assisted living facility. The 17-year-old, who was 15 at the time of the fire, over the objections of family members of the victims, who wanted him to have a longer prison term. The victims, 87-year-old Boyd Haynes and 86-year-old Doris Haynes, died of smoke inhalation in the 2011 fire.

Stillwater will be hosting representatives from visitor and convention bureaus from Oklahoma and surrounding states are to meet on June 25. The event is sponsored by the Texas Association of Convention and Visitor's Bureau. Sessions include a variety of topics, including how to manage a visitor and convention bureau when a disaster strikes.

Conservative and taxpayer watchdog groups are pressuring lawmakers to oppose the Farm Bill in the house and insist on separating the agriculture policy from the food stamp section so Congress can debate the merits of each separately and break up the rural and urban coalition. Heritage Action for America, the political arm of the conservative Heritage Foundation, spent $50,000 on radio time in Rep. Frank Lucas' western Oklahoma district to criticize the legislation. Lucas says the Heritage Foundation's goal is to kill programs tha tserve as a safety net for farmers. The House farm bill would cost about $100 billion a year, with 80 percent of that going to food stamps, a program that has doubled in size since the recession and President Barack Obama's stimulus plan.
